How to Start the Block
(CAUTION: If out-Pressure above 110 on Main Pump, Raise Boosters RPM Immediatly
Critical
***(Above 140 out-Pressure)***
If in-Pressure above 5 on Boosters, Raise RPM on Booster by 100RPM immediately
Critical:
***(Above 20 in-Pressure on Boosters***
Start Boosters
Wait till Boosters reach idle 800RPM
Start Main
Monitor RPMs to Ensure Main and Boosters stay running
Wait till 20 out pressure on Main
Call in to Yard-Guy "Main is primed"
Raise Main by 100 RPM
Monitor Boosters in-Pressure, raise by 100RPM as in flow reaches over 5 in-Pressure on Boosters(Watch RPM/Target RPM)
Start driving once 400 gal/min Flow is Reached, Following hose within 5 feet of applicator bumper
Turn on Target Flow Rate Monitoring System
Mark
(a)
on autopilot
Continue to increase speed on Main in increments of 100, as Boosters in-pressure drops below 5 in-Pressure
Monitor flow rate till target flow rate is reached
Call in to yard guy "Target Flow Reached"
Mark
(b)
shortly before turn at the end of Triangle on Autopilot
