How to do a Hump Over

(CAUTION: If out-Pressure above 110 on Main Pump, Raise Boosters RPM Immediatly
Critical***(Above 140 out-Pressure)***
If in-Pressure above 5 on Boosters, Raise RPM on Booster by 100RPM immediately
Critical:***(Above 20 in-Pressure on Boosters***

  1. Call in and inform Yard-Guy of plans to hump over well in advance, prepare to pig out
  2. Reduce RPM on Main to idle(Continiously monitor flow if below 400gal/min STOP DRIVING
  3. Start Air-Compressor
  4. Slowly Reduce RPMs on Boosters as In-Pressure allows(not allowing boosters to raise above 5 in-Pressure)
(If in-Pressure goes above 5 on Boosters, Increase RPMS on boosters slowly) (If in-Pressure on boosters goes above 20, Click Here for Critical In Pressure Steps
  5. Follow the drag-line to crossroad slowly
  6. Once Flow reaches below 400gal/min STOP, Turn on Aircompressor when yard guy notifies "The pig is in", and wait for flow to Increase to above 400gal/min before slowly starting to drive
  7. Monitor Flow Carefully, when flow reaches 1000gal/min open pig valve
  8. Drive slowly along hose and wait for pig to fly out
  9. Inform yard guy, "The Pig is out"
  10. Close Pig Valve
  11. Stop and retrieve Pig
  12. Drive straight(80% distance to opposite corner of square(If hose had slack go further, if hose was short slightly reduce distance to corner))
  13. Now able to drive over Drag-hose with disks on applicator RAISED)
  14. Turn back towards triangle starting point side
  15. Follow hose to intersection
  16. Drive 50% distance to start of crossover corner
  17. Turn back towards triangle starting point side
  18. Follow hose to intersection
  19. Drive 30% distance past intersection to far corner
  20. Turn back on triangle starting point side
  21. Drive to intersection following hose
  22. Turn to square starting point corner
  23. Turn Towards Target border-line
  24. Stop, wait for Yard-Guy to attach reel to hose
  25. Proceed to Target Corner at a slow pace when Yard-Guy notifies that he is hooked onto pump-line
  26. Turn Towards Target triangle when Corner is Reached
  27. Turn off Air-Compressor, and stop(Only when flow is below 400gal/min)
  28. Start Pump Startup Sequence
